Step 1

Process is started by preparing a raw material. There are 2 forms,

1. Silver Wire

Raw material form, silver wire, its diameter size is too big. We can reduce its diameter by roller. Do it again and again till we get a size we want.

Step 3

Once we get a size we want. We have to soften a solder wire by fire.

Step 4

Completely fire the solder wire to make it uniform.

Step 5

Remove oxide from the solder wire by dip into the soft acid tank..

Step 6

Form the shape we want. There are many methods to form a shape such as punching.

Step 7

From a single piece, combines it together to be a finished goods such as bracelet, necklace.
