Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping method:

1.1 Standard: This is a default method for every order which will be shipped by air mail and also be insured and registered. Shipping time ranges 7-15 days approximately depending on destination country.
1.2 Express: EMS is our preferred express service provider. Shipping time ranges 4-7 days depending on destination country. This method is more expensive than standard method. If you want to take this method please email to admin@thaisilversilk.com
1.3 Special: We also utilize service from FEDEX, UPS, and DHL. Shipping ranges 2-7 days depending on destination country. This method is quite expensive compares to other methods. If you want to take this method please email to admin@thaisilversilk.com

2. How long my order will be shipped after I place an order?
We will ship your order within 2 working days after your payment is completed.
*** There is a case (sometime) our product is out of stock so we will inform you by email.

3. How can I track my order once it's shipped?
Once we shipped your order we will inform you by email. So you should get it within the period mentioned in item 1. If your shipping method is item 1.3, you can track shipping status by yourself at shipping company's website. I will give you AWB number by email.

4. We require a signature of the recipient to receive a shipment.
For the security purposes, we register every order when we ship so we require a signature of recipient to complete the shipping. No shipment will be delivered without a signature of recipient.

5. What do I need to know about custom clearance?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by you as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies may vary from country to country; to attain more information, you should contact your local customs office. Every order will be shipped and marked "GIFT".

6. What should I do if I don't receive my order follow item 1?
You should contact us at admin@thaisilversilk.com with your order number and your information then we will find out. There are several possibilities.
6.1 Serious security check at your end, Example after Sep 11, 2001 the shipment to USA takes at least 4-8 weeks.
6.2 Your address is wrong, we will print your address from your order form so if you type wrongly, your order will be returned. I can re-send to you after new and correct address is confirmed but you have to pay for shipping cost.
6.3 No recipient, when the postman finds nobody at destination for several times. He may return to originator. In this case we will do follow item 6.2
