A: No, we do not charge you any sales tax.

Q: Who have to pay the shipping cost?
A: Customer because we do not include the shipping cost in the sales price.

Q: How to calculate the shipping cost?
A: We consider 2 things, weight and size. Which one costs more, we follow that one.

Q: How do I know my order status?
A: If you provide us an email, we will inform you about your order status closely.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Within 2 working days after payment is completed. If you give us an e-mail, we will inform to you after shipped.

Q: How can I pay for the order?
A: There are several methods you can do. (1) Credit Card (Visa / Master / Amex), (2) Western Union Money Transfer, (3) International Bank Money Order, and (4) US cash in Registered Mail.

Q: What is the different between Visa/Master card and Amex card?
A: The payment method. For Visa/Master card is online payment so you can complete payment by yourself immediately. Once you payment is completed, you order is confirmed automatically. For Amex card is offline payment so you have to give us your card information. Once we received your information we will ask for approval from Amex Thailand and do quote in Thai Baht. We will inform you for the result both pass and fail. When you are charged, it may slightly different because of an exchange rate.

A: To simplify payment we do accept only US Dollars. Our product price is shown in US Dollars.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, off course. We can accept your cancellation before we settle your payment. For example, if you order and pay by Visa card. I will get 2 things, your order form and payment link. I have to select settle or void at payment link. If you want to cancel, must do it as soon as possible because once I do settle, the payment will be completed and cannot do any changes.

Q: If I decide to cancel my order, can I simply refuse to accept the order when it is delivered?
